Sagardi Group was born from the passionate dream of two Basque brothers I\u00f1aki and Mikel Lpz.
\nDe Vi\u00f1aspre. From early childhood they learned how to cook traditional and authentic Basque
\nfood from their \u201camona\u201d (Grandma) in her small kitchen in Vitoria, Basque Country.
\nIn 1996, the brother\u2019s dream came true when they opened their first Sagardi restaurant in
\nBarcelona\u2019s historical Gothic Quarter, which has since expanded throughout 5 countries and 8
\ncities as a result of its grand reputation and success.
\nLondon is the 30 th restaurant to launch and is situated in the centre of one of London\u2019s most
\nbustling food and drinks hubs, Shoreditch.<\/p>
